Ushuaia:
A relaxing day at Los Cauquenes Resort
Saturday 25th March 2023
And... relax! The hotel and the setting were exactly what I had hoped for. After all the travelling, I had no plans for today other than to take a stroll in the hotel grounds, gaze at the Beagle Channel, take a nap and eat good food. I achieved all of those objectives!

Dinner for one... but with a stunning view!
 
Curry Arrancinis on Patagonian mushroom ceviche with romesco sauce.
 
Grilled beef tenderloin, golden ale glazed scallions with mushroom gratin and cherry tomatoes.
 
For dessert, I had Orange Crème Brûlée, which was delicious.

After a feast like this, it was time for bed!
