Dalsfjord, the mountains and waterfalls of Sunnfjord and a sunny onboard barbeque

Monday 27th July 2015

We were only due to arrive in the little village of Bygstad at 10:15am. Cruising towards it, along the quiet Dalsfjord, we saw some of the prettiest scenery of the trip so far; not as dramatic as we had seen on previous days, but with beautiful reflections and lovely patterns in the water. There were also a number of waterfalls.

After lunch, we set off again for a visit to the Huldefossen, stopping along the way for photos.

There was a short walk to the Huldefossen.

One of the cows became very interested in one of our fellow travellers!

Returning to the ship, we had tea on deck and admired the scenery...

...before realising that the cake was being served inside!

At 6:30pm we sailed. An hour later we were treated to an excellent barbeque as we passed the waterfalls... it was amazing!
