We arrived at Heathrow's terminal five in plenty
of time, and relaxed in anticipation of
the busy time ahead ...

... but before too long, we noticed that our
flight had been delayed by an hour and half.
We later found out that this was because the aircraft had arrived from Cardiff, following a routine maintenance check, without any mattresses for the crews' sleeping quarters.
