On the Monday, despite a rather alcoholic lunch in Manly with friends and family (see the appropriate page for the pictures) we had was an early start as Peter and Lorraine took us to see the Blue Mountains. The mountains are actually blue and very beautiful.

We also took a trip down the steepest railway in the world (only 10 degrees off vertical) - an experience Geoff will never forget, however hard he tries!
